How to use this information

Information sources and website access

This website explains a service pathway. It does not assess your health, decide insurance eligibility or give legal advice.

Source material

Scheme information is based on public SIRA guidance. Clinical background links are provided so you can read authoritative information in more detail. These sources do not endorse this website or determine your individual care.

The appointment guide

The three-step guide is a navigation aid. It does not diagnose a condition, assess risk, determine insurance eligibility, select a clinician or check live appointment availability. Its result is a preparation checklist for a conversation with our team.

The guide does not request your name, claim number or health history. Choices remain in the current page memory and are not sent to a server or saved to browser storage. Navigating to another page or restarting the guide clears them. If you print a checklist, keep that copy private.

External booking systems, map services, email applications and the main Logic Lounge website have their own privacy and handling arrangements. This website contains no marketing pixels, analytics scripts or session-replay tools. The standard online font stylesheet is served by Google Fonts; your browser contacts that service when loading it.

Accessing the website and service

The pages include keyboard navigation, visible focus outlines, labelled controls, a skip link and reduced-motion support. All core information and contact links are available without the optional appointment guide. Please contact us if a format or control is difficult to use.

Clinic access differs. Some locations require stairs. Tell our team about your needs before booking so we can discuss a suitable location or whether telehealth may be appropriate.

Information can change

Appointment availability, practitioner participation, funding arrangements and scheme guidance can change. Confirm the relevant details before proceeding. No statement on this site is an approval of treatment funding, a guarantee of an outcome or a substitute for an individual assessment.

For information about your particular CTP claim, contact the insurer or SIRA. Seek legal advice for legal questions. For immediate danger call 000; routine intake and this website are not crisis services.

Your next step does not have to be a big one
